Macky and I shared a special life-long friendship I will cherish forever. Her birthday is March 28, the first time in my memory I won't be able to call her to wish her a happy day and tell her how much I love her.
Macky's famous words to me: "When I was coming out, you were going in." We were exactly 9 months apart in age.
Our last adventure together was July 2013 when she joined me and other friends for a front row evening at Red Rocks in Colorado to see John Mayer on his Born and Raised tour with Phil Phillips opening for John. She loved my friends and they loved her. It was a very special night for many reasons.
Macky lived and loved her life to the fullest, with her beloved husband, kids, grandchildren and friends.
I'll miss my dear friend all the rest of my days and I'll always be grateful for our special bond of unconditional friendship, love and appreciation. ♥️♾️👼🏻🤍
