CRANE, Mark Thomas -- Passed away peacefully on August 21, 2001 in San Francisco after a courageous struggle with brain cancer. Son of Arnold L. Crane of Minneapolis and the late June Davenport Crane; husband of Ana Gonzalez-Crane; father of Simon David Crane of Seattle, Christopher Javier Gonzalez-Crane and Timothy Joaquin Gonzalez-Crane of San Francisco; brother of Susan Crane-Isenberg of Minneapolis. Tom started Colorcrane, an art & photograph supply store in Noe Valley in 1973. From 1986 he worked in financial services. There will be a private interment followed by a public memorial service to be held at Cong. Emanu-El, 2 Lake St., S.F. at 3:00 p.m. on (TODAY) Thurs., Aug. 23rd.
