Hix, Robert Wayne Age 82 of Blaine passed away March 16, 2026. Preceded in death by his parents, 2 brothers and 1 grandson. He was a devoted husband, father, and grandfather, deeply involved in his children’s activities and always ready to help his family. Survived by wife Valerie of 55 years, 6 Children, 18 Grandchildren and 18 Great Grandchildren and 2 siblings. He was an avid golfer, known for spending extra time searching for lost golf balls—and usually returning with more than he started with. After retirement, he even worked at a golf course mainly for the free golf. Retired from the Ford plant after 40 years. Funeral Services Tuesday March 24th at Church of Saint Paul, 1740 Bunker Lake Blvd NE, Ham Lake, MN 55304. Visitation at 10:00, Mass at 11:00.
