I had the wildest crush on Terry as we worked together on Roger DeClercq's plays... didn't know he was gay.  Terry was the first hate crime murder reported on (to my recollection) in the Twin Cities papers: three "men" (cowards) beat him to death as he walked home through Loring Park from his job as Maitr'd in the Mpls. Athletic Club in June 1979.

I have thought of Terry over the years, always wishing him peace.

I meet Terry when he moved in across the street, we were 4 yrs old. We had paper routes, and when we were old enough Terrys dad got us jobs at the Hedical Arts Bldg in Mpls. We worked ??? scrubing floors and other odd jobs. Terry was best man at my wedding and we stayed close friends until his untimley death.

My wife Jolee and I miss you
